Fiddler on the Roof Sees Wyoming ascent

Casper local Colby Frontiero has repeated Fremont Canyons classic roof crack Fiddler on the Roof. Fiddler witch was first sent by Steve Petro in 1987 and rated 5.13d, did not see a second accent until 2006. A short powerful roof that became popular in Master Of Stone video has since seen a slew of accents including Colby’s 8th ascent. Colby who has just come off an impressive second try Goldmember 14a in Ten Sleep Canyon, said he did not have any other routes to compare it to. He said the route is “a beautiful line that he had wanted to do for a while”. Although the route has been down rated by several climbers no one can agree on the grade.
